2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase services, or participate independently. Participants under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Participation in yoga, Pilates, fitness, breathwork, wellness classes, workshops, trainings, and related activities involves inherent physical risks.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily participating in physical activity.
You are responsible for consulting with a physician regarding any medical concerns before participation.
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or health conditions that may result from participation.
You will immediately discontinue participation if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Muscle strains
Sprains
Falls
Physical injury
Aggravation of existing conditions
Illness or unforeseen health complications
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release SuNaya Studios, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in services or use of facilities.
5. Memberships and Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual purchaser.
Membership benefits, pricing, and terms may be modified at any time with reasonable notice.
Unused classes, memberships, workshops, certifications, or events are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Billing and Payments
By purchasing a membership or recurring subscription, you authorize SuNaya Studios to charge the payment method on file according to the selected membership plan.
You agree to keep billing information current and accurate.
Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
7. Membership Cancellations
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.
Any minimum commitment period associated with a membership must be completed before cancellation becomes effective.
8. Class Reservations
Advance reservations may be required for classes, workshops, events, and trainings.
SuNaya Studios reserves the right to:
Modify class schedules
Change instructors
Cancel classes
Substitute services when necessary
9. No-Show Policy
Members and guests who reserve a class and fail to attend may be subject to applicable no-show fees and account restrictions in accordance with studio policies in effect at the time of booking.
10. Workshops, Trainings, Certifications, and Retreats
Enrollment in workshops, trainings, certifications, retreats, and special events may be subject to separate agreements, cancellation policies, and payment schedules.
Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for workshops, trainings, certifications, retreats, and special events are non-refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by SuNaya Studios, including but not limited to:
Logos
Branding
Website content
Class formats
Training materials
Certification manuals
Videos
Graphics
Written materials
Digital content
is the exclusive property of SuNaya Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used without prior written consent.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use services for unlawful purposes
Disrupt classes, events, or studio operations
Harass instructors, staff, or participants
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Reproduce or distribute proprietary materials
SuNaya Studios reserves the right to terminate access to services for violations of these terms.
13. Photography and Media Release
From time to time, photographs or video recordings may be taken during classes, workshops, events, trainings, or retreats.
By participating, you grant SuNaya Studios permission to use photographs, video, or likenesses for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes without compensation.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify SuNaya Studios in writing prior to participation.

SuNaya Studios makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, or availability of website content.
