Rise & Align is designed to awaken the body and help you start your day off the right way! These 60 minute flows combine a Hatha based practice where we focus on the foundational aspects and poses of yoga and proper alignment, with Vinyasa Flow where we link our breath and creative sequenced movements. Rise & Align is an All Levels class. 



Suitable for all levels. Slow Flow is a Vinyasa flow that harmonizes breath and movement. This class offers a slower-paced flow geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slower pace.



warm slow burn is an open levels class. Throughout the hour-long practice, Fire up and challenge yourself with this all levels experience. For one hour, slow down your movement to delve deeper into the muscular system by holding poses for an extended period of time. This is an all levels class and will be in a heated from of 76-80 degrees. 



Looking for a little bit more strength and energy in your yoga flow? Our Energy Flow will have you moving at a faster pace than our regular flows creating deeper breath and a deeper push throughout. Your flow will help create a deeper strength from within. Energy Flow challenges your mind, your body and your soul. 



This class with take you through a rigorous flow connecting movement and breath. Moving through our sequences at a faster pace may allow you to burn more calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This energetic style will allow beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class and lead a path to discover your highest self.


& yoga

Pilates Yoga Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles- yoga, pilates, barre, and strength training- to give a modern twist your conventional yoga flow. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the coreand emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, & elongate muscles. 




Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination, and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. Mat work is a great choice for everyone from Pilates beginners to advanced students because the exercises not only can build in difficulty, but every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge. Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness.


& yin

This practice will incorporate poses from both yin and restorative styles. Yin poses are held for about three minutes to work deep into the tissue surrounding the joints. Restorative poses provide lots of support for the bones to allow the muscles to relax and open.



Prenatal yoga adapts traditional yoga postures for the specific needs of pregnancy through gentle yoga movements. It also helps relieve tension and teaches you how to remain calm and balanced, important skills during labor and delivery.
This course includes stretching, postural alignment, and breathing techniques. You will also learn specific yoga poses for addressing the discomforts of pregnancy and for building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each class will conclude with a relaxation period. You are encouraged to practice at your own level of comfort, and the teacher can help you modify any pose. Appropriate for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters.


Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese healing method that uses energy to balance the body and mind. The practice can be used for an overall balancing of energy throughout the body, or specific areas where injuries have manifested.



Reiki restores harmony and balance to your animal's body while providing physical, emotional, mental and instinctual stability. Reiki energy therapy is a wonderful complement to traditional veterinary medicine.
